The staff is consistently courteous. The room is neat and large with a lovely view of a pond. The location is great, just off the downtown area. Quick check-in and generally excellent service are provided.

Liked the grounds, and scenic view. Staff was attentive, pleasant and professional even during a hotel fire evacuation at 4 in the morning. Would book there again.
There was a fire due to cigarette smoking and burning mulch. Full evacuation of hotel was done . Staff was excellent in handling of the situation. Told front desk of my thank you and gratitude and how well staff reacted.

Not much
A man with the key walked into my room unannounced. Them before I go to get in bed I see there's blood on my sheets that is not from me. The blood was old and stained on the comforter. It was disgusting

Did have several luggage cart available that really helped us. Lamps with electric outlets made using medical sleep device and device chargers easily. Lobby comfortable with seating for waiting on others in party.
Expensive breakfast option; we didn't eat there.

Clean comfortable room. Attractive lobby.
A little far from the university. $12 breakfast for stuff other hotels are giving away. Front desk making a big deal about the free water bottle they gave me for being an honors member.

nice bathroom
I was staying at the hotel for business reason. As such, i needed to get a receipt with the amount I payed stated on it. However, the hotel could not produce one. After lots of international calls to the hotel, they said I should ask the receipt from Booking.co,. I called several more tomes to Booked.net, However they did not know what I was talking about. They were trying to call the hotel as well, and the hotel sent me again, for the 4th tome, the same blank receipt. If you need to get a refund from work, it an empty receipt is not good for you! Also, there was NO cellular reception at the hotel at all.

We chose this hotel as it's reasonably priced and offers a shuttle from the venue. The staff is outstandingly accommodating here, the services are good, and location is favourable near to a very serene lake, Virginia beach, and Charlottesville. The rooms are good-sized and brand-new with central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. Made to order breakfast offers lots of outstanding food choices.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
